Pressure relief valve

Pressure relief valves are typically monitored using sensors. The sensor transmits the collected signal of pressure changes inside the vessel to the controller via an output port.

The pressure relief valve needs to recognize the state of the gas inside the vessel. There is a recognition device inside the device, which can recognize the composition and current state of the gas inside the vessel, and make the corresponding decision to control the opening and closing of the release tube.

When the pressure inside the vessel reaches the set opening pressure value, the sealing parts of the pressure relief valve (e.g., membrane disk, etc.) are pushed open, allowing the gas or liquid inside the vessel to be discharged through the release tube, thereby reducing the pressure inside the vessel.

When the pressure inside the vessel decreases to the set closing pressure value, the sealing parts of the pressure relief valve return to the initial position under the action of a spring or other resetting device, resealing the release port and stopping the pressure release.
