UHZ type oil level gauge

use:

This oil level gauge is suitable for the oil level indication of medium and small oil-immersed transformer oil conservator and on-load switch oil conservator. It can also be used for oil level measurement of other open or pressure-bearing vessels, instead of connecting glass tube oil level. It is safe, intuitive, reliable, and has a long life.

Working conditions:

1. Ambient temperature: -35℃~80℃;

2. Relative humidity: when the ambient temperature is 25°C, the humidity is not more than 90%;

3. Altitude: ≤2000m;

4. There is no intense vibration and magnetic field in the installation position; 5. The oil level gauge should be installed vertically.

Structure and working principle:

1. Oil level gauge structure: The oil level gauge is composed of float, connecting rod, meter seat, magnet, pointer and so on. Because the oil level gauge seat completely isolates the float and the pointer, the reliability of the oil level gauge seal is ensured.

2. Working principle: When the oil level in the oil conservator increases or decreases due to temperature or other reasons, the float of the oil level gauge increases or decreases synchronously with the oil level, thereby driving the pointer to rotate and indicating the oil level.

Precautions:

1. The oil level gauge should not be subject to strong impact;

2. The connecting rod of the oil level gauge should not be stretched or bent or deformed, and there should be no strong magnetic field nearby during use;

3. If the sealing ring in the installation diagram cannot be sealed, check whether the screw is tightened or whether the contact between the mounting plate and the sealing ring is smooth. Installation and use:

1. The oil level gauge uses the oil temperature of 25°C as the reference temperature of the oil level, so the correct height of the oil level should be calculated according to the actual measured oil temperature during installation;

2. The maximum effective measuring range of this oil level gauge (standard type) is 100mm. If there are other requirements, the user can customize it as needed.
