XDL(F) series oil level indicator

XDL (F) series oil level gauges are special products for hermetic transformers. This product is made of high-quality seamless steel pipe or alloy aluminum, with electrostatic spraying, reliable sealing, simple operation, convenient installation, shortening the working hours, and has multiple functions, and can be used for oil injection pipe connection.

The company uses threaded and flanged connections to ensure reasonable compression of the sealing rubber ring, while effectively preventing ultraviolet radiation, so that the rubber ring has a longer service life, and the 360° no dead angle design is used to observe the oil level. Blue means the oil level in the oil tank is normal, red means the oil level in the oil tank is lowered, and transformer oil should be added in time.

Oil level gauge installation method:

1. The oil level gauge is installed on the upper part of the tank. The threaded base has a Ф60 hole on the transformer cover. The threaded base and the tank cover are sealed and welded. The sealing rubber ring is installed and it can be tightened directly.

2. Flange type base oil level gauge, install the sealing rubber ring, use 4-M10×20 bolts, directly tighten and fix it.
