The transformer oil level gauge is a core component for monitoring changes in transformer oil volume. Its indicated value should change accordingly with fluctuations in oil temperature to ensure stable equipment operation. Currently, common types mainly include intuitive glass tube type and durable magnetic flap type oil level gauges. During daily operation of the transformer, it is necessary to regularly check whether the oil level is within the calibrated scale range. If the oil level is found to be abnormally high or low, the cause should be promptly analyzed and addressed to avoid equipment failure caused by oil shortage, abnormal oil temperature, or decreased insulation performance.
