About conductive rods

The conductive rod is used to connect the outgoing line of the transformer coil to the external high-voltage line and is installed on the top of the transformer. Generally, it consists of three sets of high-voltage conductive rods and four sets of low-voltage conductive rods. The external parts are insulated with magnetic bottle sleeves and sealed with an oil resistant rubber bead and an oil resistant rubber pad. Conductive rods can be divided into brass (copper grade HPb 59-1) conductive rods and copper (copper grade Cu T3) conductive rods according to their materials, and high-voltage conductive rods and low-voltage conductive rods according to their purposes. Generally, there are standard conductive rods and various irregular conductive rods for transformers below 40kV, as well as matching copper nuts, copper washers, wiring terminals, wiring blocks, copper standard parts, and non-standard parts.
