The tubular oil level gauge consists of a seamless steel pipe, a buoy indicating device, a window and an upper cover or pressure valve, and the window is built with a thick-walled glass tube. It can display the specific oil level within 30mm of the lower part of the box cover, and the oil level display is true, accurate, and there is no false oil level.

Purpose:

This series of products are mainly suitable for oil-immersed fully sealed transformers, which are installed on the upper part of the transformer oil tank cover to display the oil level in the oil tank. When the blue mark appears in the window at the top of the oil level gauge, the oil level is normal and the oil level is above the tank cover, and when the red mark appears, the oil mark is abnormal, and the oil level is below the tank cover, and the oil needs to be properly replenished. The upper M40×1.5 thread of this product can be used as an oiling side pipe, pressure release valve, vacuum and other interfaces.

The threaded connection is sealed with an O-ring to ensure a reasonable compression of the sealing ring, effectively prevent ultraviolet radiation, make the rubber ring have a longer life, be safe and reliable, and have no leakage, and do 200KPa pressure leak test test before leaving the factory. The outer surface is electrostatically sprayed, which meets the requirements of three proofs.
