Key Points on Insulation Sleeves: For high-voltage power frequency withstand voltage reaching 42kV, silicone rubber with a withstand voltage rating must be used, with a thickness of 3mm or greater. Low-voltage sleeves typically have a withstand voltage of 0.4kV. If the low-voltage withstand voltage is also required to meet the above standard, the cost would increase fivefold compared to existing sleeves. If only high-voltage protection is provided without low-voltage protection, the cost would increase threefold.
