Pressure relief valve

1、 Purpose and performance:

This release valve is mainly used to ensure that the gas pressure inside the container does not exceed the predetermined value. When the pressure exceeds the release pressure (P), the valve will automatically open, causing the gas to leak out. When the pressure is lower than the release pressure (P), the valve will automatically close. In addition, users can also pull the pull ring at any time to open the valve and release internal pressure.

2、 Main technical parameters:

1. Release pressure range: P=0.03MPa or P=0.06MPa (customizable according to user requirements)

2. Installation thread: G1/4-18 (customizable according to user requirements)

3. Operating environment temperature: -35 ℃~80 ℃;

4. Relative humidity: ≤ 95%.

3、 Precautions for use: 1. The release valve should be installed in a threaded manner, and an appropriate amount of raw material tape should be wrapped around the thread during installation to ensure the sealing of the thread;

2. The release valve should be installed in a position where the released gas will not come into contact with the human body, especially when the gas temperature is high, attention should be paid to ensure safety;

3. When pulling the pull ring, it should be pulled according to the arrow sentence in the diagram, and the pull rod on the pull ring should be kept moving in the same straight line. When resetting, the pull ring should be slowly released; This release valve cannot be used in situations where it corrodes rubber and copper.

The installation position and direction of the pressure relief valve should be noted. Due to the limitations of the upper position structure of the transformer oil tank, in order to facilitate oil leakage after the pressure relief valve operates, it is often installed around the top cover, mostly close to both ends of the oil tank, some above the iron core, and some directly above the winding. When installed directly above the winding, if the winding is not tightly pressed enough, and when the external outlet is short circuited, the coil of the winding is subjected to strong current, A shock wave with a certain energy is generated by axial vibration, and the maximum shock wave is generated outside the main leakage magnetic passage. If the pressure relief valve is installed directly above the main leakage magnetic passage at this time, the capacity causes the pressure relief valve to act first. Due to the small energy of the axial shock wave generated by the short-circuit current, when the external fault disappears, the oil pressure on the pressure release valve also disappears. At this time, the pressure release valve automatically resets. Moreover, due to the long path of the shock wave transmitted to the gas relay, it does not generate a flow rate for the gas relay signal to act. At this time, the phenomenon of the pressure release valve acting and the gas relay not acting occurs. The installation position of the pressure relief valve for large transformers is often at both ends of the transformer rather than on the long axis, and the connection between the gas collection pipeline and the main body on the long axis is easier to guide oil and gas than the pressure relief valve.
