Advantages of stacked iron cores:

①Reduce loss

Reduce hysteresis loss: the hysteresis loop of silicon steel sheet is narrow, after stacking, its high permeability characteristics can be more effectively utilized, so that the hysteresis loss is smaller.

② Enhance the magnetic conductivity: stacked silicon steel sheet contact between the close, can form a continuous magnetic flux path, can reduce the magnetic resistance, so that the magnetic flux more smoothly through the core, improve the magnetic flux, and then enhance the electromagnetic conversion efficiency of the transformer.

③Noise reduction: it can reduce the uneven distribution of magnetic flux, thus reducing the vibration and noise caused by magnetostriction.

④ Good mechanical properties: the clamping direction of the core is the direction of the thickness of the core piece, which can clamp the core well and make the whole core structure more stable.
