Electrical laminated wood is manufactured by steaming, rotary-cutting, and drying premium timber such as stained wood, birch, and ash into veneers. These veneers are coated with insulating adhesive and then formed under high temperature and pressure.

Common domestic laminated wood sheet sizes typically include 1500mm x 1500mm, 2000mm x 2000mm, and 1500mm x 3000mm, with thicknesses starting at 20mm and increasing in 5mm increments. Common imported laminated wood dimensions are typically 1000mm x 2000mm,

with maximum sizes reaching 4200mm x 3400mm and thicknesses up to 200mm.

The aforementioned panels are primarily used for processing large-sized workpieces such as pressure plates and pallets. Currently, domestically produced laminated wood also comes in large beam form, typically sized 50x(50, 60, 70)x3000, mainly used for manufacturing wire clamps.
