Nitrile Rubber Gasket (NBR Gasket)

Core Material: An elastic sealing component made of nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) through molding or cutting processes.

Core Advantages: It boasts excellent oil resistance, wear resistance and pressure resistance, along with good elasticity and compression rebound performance. It can effectively fill tiny gaps on the sealing surface and resist erosion by mineral oil, hydraulic oil, fuel oil and other media.

Operating Parameters: The operating temperature range is -40℃ ~ 120℃, suitable for static or low-speed dynamic sealing scenarios.

Transformer-Specific Applications: Widely used in transformer oil tanks, flange connections, pipeline interfaces and other parts, it is the preferred accessory for oil-resistant sealing in transformer equipment.

Limitations: It has poor ozone resistance and weather resistance, and is not recommended for long-term exposure to outdoor strong ultraviolet rays or strong oxidant environments.
