High voltage DIN transformer bushings

The main insulation of German standard casing adopts materials such as oil paper or adhesive paper, which has good insulating performance, mechanical strength and thermal stability. The outer insulation porcelain parts are made of ceramic materials with high strength and high insulating properties, which can withstand high voltage and harsh outdoor environmental conditions.

Conductive tubes, terminals and other conductive parts are usually made of highly conductive copper or aluminum materials to reduce resistance, reduce power loss and heat.

The contact surface between each component of the casing is lined with oil-resistant rubber gaskets and other sealing materials to ensure the sealing performance inside the casing and prevent the leakage of transformer oil and the intrusion of external moisture and impurities.
