High Grade And Quality Low Iron Loss With Good Magnetic Induction Standard Iron Core

    Transformers generate noise during operation. The root cause of the noise of the transformer body is the magnetostriction of the silicon steel sheet of the iron core, or the noise of the transformer core is basically caused by the magnetostriction. The so-called magnetostriction refers to the increase in the size of the silicon steel sheet along the magnetic inductance line when the core is excited, and the decrease in the size of the silicon steel sheet perpendicular to the magnetic inductance line, this change in size is called magnetostriction. In addition, the structure and geometric dimensions of the core, as well as the processing and manufacturing process of the core, will have a certain degree of influence on its noise level. 

   The noise level of the core can be reduced by the following technical measures: (1) Use high-quality silicon steel sheets with small magnetostrictive ε value. (2) Reduce the magnetic flux density of the iron core. (3) Improve the structure of the iron core. (4) Choose a reasonable core size. (5) Adopt advanced processing technology.
