German standard conductive pole inspection

   Electrical performance testing: 

Conduct electrical performance testing on assembled conductive rods,

 including testing of conductivity, resistivity, withstand voltage strength, insulation resistance, and other indicators. 

Test the conductive poles through testing equipment to ensure their electrical performance meets German standards 

and product design requirements.

Mechanical performance testing: Conduct mechanical performance testing on conductive poles

such as tensile strength, compressive strength, hardness, and other indicators. 

Test the mechanical properties of the conductive pole through mechanical testing equipment to evaluate 

whether it meets the requirements for use.

   Appearance inspection:

 Inspect the appearance of the conductive rod,

 including surface flatness, color, and the presence of defects. Visual inspection, optical testing equipment, 

and other methods can be used for appearance inspection to ensure

 that the appearance quality of the conductive rod meets the requirements.
