Design of pressure relief valves

Parameter determination: According to the transformer capacity, voltage level, operating environment and other factors, determine the opening pressure, closing pressure, release caliber, action time and other key parameters of the pressure relief valve.

Structural design: use computer-aided design (CAD) and other technologies to carry out the structural design of the pressure relief valve, including the shape, size and connection of the valve cover, valve body, spring, diaphragm, seals and other components, to ensure that it meets the performance requirements and installation requirements.

Material selection: choose the right material, such as the valve body is usually made of cast iron, cast steel or stainless steel to ensure sufficient strength and corrosion resistance; the spring is made of high-quality spring steel to ensure its elasticity and stability; the diaphragm is usually made of oil-resistant, pressure-resistant rubber or metal material.
