The main features of transformer flange bushing are as follows:

1. No leakage and good sealing performance. Sealing structure of bushing is selected between metal flanges. After sealing, there is no gap between upper and lower flanges and no leakage of rubber pads, which avoids aging and cracking caused by exposed rubber pads. The rubber pads are double-line sealing rubber pads to ensure reliable sealing.

2. It has high earthquake resistance and burst resistance and good mechanical strength. The aluminum alloy flange of bushing is produced by aviation technology, and the porcelain bushing and flange are stuck together after being clamped by special technology. It has high mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and beautiful appearance, and is suitable for special environment.

3. No partial discharge and good electrical performance. After optimized design, the electric field is more uniform, there is no floating potential, and the partial discharge is less than 10pc.

4. Reasonable structure and good safety performance. The product design has a large current-carrying margin, and adopts the design of self-cooling and oil circulation cooling, which reduces and avoids the overheating and ablation of the conductive rod during long-time or overload operation.

5. Easy installation and good universality. The bushing is designed according to the domestic industry characteristics and conventions, and can be interchanged with the existing bushing, which has good universality and is convenient for selection and product layout. Flanged bushing reduces installation accessories and labor intensity.
