1.Defination:
The commonly used transformer cores are generally made of oriented silicon steel sheets. Silicon steel is a type of steel containing silicon (also known as silicon), with a silicon content of 0.8-4.8%. The reason why silicon steel is used as the iron core of a transformer is because silicon steel itself is a magnetic material with strong magnetic conductivity. In the energized coil, it can generate a greater magnetic induction intensity, which can reduce the volume of the transformer.
2.Process flow:
Round rolling - Extrusion shaping - High temperature annealing - Test and inspection - Assembly of finished products.
3.Advantages:
Suitable for batch order production, fast speed, and relatively low requirements for the grade of oriented silicon steel.
4.Disadvantages:
Each iron core model requires a dedicated circular mold, which incurs high mold opening costs and is not suitable for customer sample orders.
