The iron core

The iron core plays a role in communicating magnetic fields and conducting magnetism in transformers. 

Without an iron core, there is no transformer. According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, the changes in the input voltage coil and output voltage coil of the transformer are used to increase or 

decrease the voltage and regulate the voltage.
