Performance characteristics

-Electrical performance: The bushing is made of high insulation performance materials, which have the characteristics of low dielectric loss and high electrical strength. It can effectively reduce electrical energy loss and ensure the stable operation of the transformer under different working conditions. If the dielectric loss factor is below 0.001, it can withstand high voltage without breakdown.

-Mechanical performance: Mentioning the high mechanical strength of the bushing, it can withstand the vibration during transformer operation, the electric force during short circuit, etc. For example, through special design and manufacturing processes, it can withstand a peak short-circuit electric force of 50kN.

-Thermal performance: The sleeve has good heat dissipation performance and can maintain stable temperature during high load operation. If a heat dissipation structure design and low thermal resistance materials are used, the temperature rise of the sleeve under rated load should not exceed 55K.
