Transformer Pressure Relief Valve Process

Metal materials are processed by turning, milling, drilling, grinding and other processes to manufacture individual parts of the pressure relief valve, such as the valve body, seat, diaphragm disk, spring and so on.

For parts such as rubber seals, rubber mixing, molding, vulcanization and other processes are used for manufacturing. Firstly, all kinds of rubber raw materials are mixed according to a certain proportion, then molded through the mold, and finally vulcanized to make the rubber have good elasticity and sealing performance.

In order to improve the corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and appearance quality of the pressure relief valve, its surface is treated. Common surface treatment methods include electroplating, painting, passivation and so on. For example, electroplating the surface of metal parts with chrome can improve their surface hardness and corrosion resistance.
