Transformer sleeve - Definition and requirements
Transformer bushing is an insulation bushing that leads the high and low voltage leads inside the transformer to the outside of the oil tank. It not only serves as a ground insulation for the leads, but also serves as a fixed lead. The transformer bushing is one of the current carrying components of the transformer. During the operation of the transformer, it passes through the load current for a long time. When a short circuit occurs outside the transformer, it passes through the short-circuit current. Therefore, there are the following requirements for transformer bushings:
(1) Must have specified electrical strength and sufficient mechanical strength.
(2) Must have good thermal stability and be able to withstand instantaneous overheating during short circuits.
(3) Small in appearance, small in quality, good in sealing performance, strong in versatility, and easy to maintain.
Structure: Composed of wiring board, porcelain parts, conductive rod, and aluminum alloy flange.
The main insulation is mainly composed of porcelain sleeves and oil gaps, which are non breakdown and maintenance free components.
Sleeve structure: composed of wiring board, porcelain parts, conductive rod, and cast aluminum alloy flange.
The main insulation is mainly composed of porcelain sleeves and oil gaps, which are non breakdown and maintenance free components.
The casing adopts oil paper capacitor core as the main insulation, cable type current carrying method, and uses axial compression force generated by multiple sets of pressure springs to achieve overall connection and main sealing of the casing. The 252KV sleeve is equipped with a core clamping structure at the connection between the porcelain component and the connecting sleeve to enhance the sealing strength of the connection. The oil pillow and connecting sleeve of the sleeve are made of cast aluminum alloy to reduce hysteresis and eddy current losses, and to reduce heating and temperature rise. The connecting sleeve is equipped with a tapping device for measuring tan and C, an oil sampling valve for extracting oil samples inside the sleeve, and a vent plug for releasing air from the top of the transformer oil tank. The outer insulation of the sleeve has been changed from a conical porcelain component to a straight porcelain component, with a thinner umbrella thickness, resulting in a beautiful appearance of the product. Umbrella shaped umbrellas can still be used in both large and small sizes to meet various pollution and insulation level requirements.
