Transformer Bushing

1.Transformer Bushing Definition: The transformer bushing is the main insulation device outside the transformer box. The outgoing lines of the transformer winding must pass through the insulation bushing to insulate between the outgoing lines and between the outgoing lines and the transformer shell, while also serving to fix the outgoing lines.

2. Transformer Bushing Classification: Due to different voltage levels, insulation sleeves come in various forms such as pure ceramic sleeves, oil filled sleeves, and capacitor sleeves.

3.Transformer Bushing Requirement:

(1) Must have specified electrical strength and sufficient mechanical strength.

(2) Must have good thermal stability and be able to withstand instantaneous overheating during short circuits.

(3) Small in appearance, small in quality, good in sealing performance, strong in versatility, and easy to maintain.
