The XDL (F) series oil level gauge is a specialized product for fully sealed transformers. This product is made of high-quality seamless steel pipes or alloy aluminum, with an appearance of electrostatic spraying, reliable sealing, simple operation, convenient installation, shortened working hours, and multiple functions. It can be used for connecting oil injection pipes.

Our company adopts threaded and flange connections to ensure reasonable compression of the sealing rubber ring, while effectively preventing ultraviolet radiation, resulting in a longer service life of the rubber ring. The oil level observation adopts a 360 ° no dead angle design. The blue color indicates that the oil level in the tank is normal, while the red color indicates that the oil level in the tank has decreased. The installation method of the transformer oil level gauge should be added in a timely manner:

1. The oil level gauge is installed on the upper part of the box, and the threaded base is opened on the transformer box cover Ф 60 holes, seal and weld the threaded base with the box cover, install the sealing gasket, and tighten it directly.

2. Flange base oil level gauge, with sealing gasket installed, use 4-M10 × 20 bolts, tighten and secure directly.

The tubular oil level gauge is composed of seamless steel pipes, buoy indicating devices, sight windows, and an upper cover or pressure valve; The window adopts a thick walled glass tube built-in structure. It can display the specific oil level within 30mm below the box cover, and the oil level display is true, accurate, and without any false oil level phenomenon.

This series of products is mainly suitable for oil immersed fully sealed transformers, installed on the upper part of the transformer oil tank cover to display the oil level inside the tank. When a blue mark appears in the upper window of the oil level gauge, it indicates that the oil level is normal and above the tank cover; When a red mark appears, it indicates an abnormal oil level, with the oil level below the box cover. It is necessary to add oil appropriately. The upper M40 of this product × The 1.5 thread can be used as an oil filling edge pipe, pressure relief valve, vacuum pumping and other interfaces.

It is normal to set the oil level display position above the box cover for products without special requirements. When the oil level is above the box cover, the float display is all blue, indicating that the oil level is normal; The window adopts an embedded structure, with the same external dimensions as the pipe diameter, effectively preventing accidental collision and damage. The 360 ° C viewing angle of the window is achieved through M52 × 2. The threaded connection is sealed with an O-ring to ensure a reasonable compression of the sealing ring, effectively prevent ultraviolet radiation, prolong the service life of the rubber ring, ensure safety and reliability, and have no leakage. A 200KPa pressure leak test is conducted before leaving the factory. The external surface is electrostatically sprayed, meeting the three protection requirements.

The oil level gauge is installed at the upper part of the transformer oil tank cover. When manufacturing the oil tank, the flange seat provided by our company with the product should be welded to the opening of the box cover as shown in the diagram (using internal welding seams with a hole diameter of 60mm). The welding joint should be firm and free of leakage. Select the direction of the window and use bolts to firmly connect the oil level gauge with the installation flange (note: the sealing ring should not be scratched, and it is best to apply a little lubricating oil on the outer surface).
