Enamelled aluminum wire

Enamelled aluminum wire is a major type of winding wire, consisting of a conductor and an insulation layer. The bare wire is annealed and softened, then painted and baked multiple times. 

However, it is not easy to produce products that meet both standard requirements and customer requirements. It is influenced by factors such as raw material quality, process parameters, production equipment, and environment. Therefore, the quality characteristics of enameled aluminum wire are different from those of enameled copper wire, but both have four major properties: mechanical performance, chemical performance, electrical performance, and thermal performance. 

Enamelled aluminum wire has excellent high-temperature resistance, mechanical properties, electrical and chemical properties, as well as excellent resistance to freezing. It is suitable for long-term operation of freezing equipment under 200 ℃ conditions, as well as electrical equipment subjected to chemical erosion, dry-type transformers, oil immersed transformers, epoxy cast transformers, iron removers, electromagnets and other electromechanical equipment.
